花纹米菇Steamed Miku Buns

有着长寿寓意的米菇包,是常见的祭祖糕点,也是北马人都不陌生的包点。米菇包可以直接吃,也可以抹上自己喜欢的果酱一同搭配着享用。

    Step 1

    将材料A的包粉、幼糖、双倍发粉、酵母及水搓匀,最后加入白油搓成软团。Mix the pau flour, fine sugar, double-acting baking powder, yeast and water in a bowl, then add the shortening and knead until the dough is soft and smooth.

    Step 2

    取出一小软团,加入粉红色素,再搓揉均匀。Take a small portion of the dough, add pink food coloring, and knead until the color is even.

    Step 3

    取出一份面团,搓成小团约80克,搓圆放在白纸上。Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a small ball of about 80g. Place it on a white paper.

    Step 4

    再将粉红色小团搓平,包入已搓圆的面团,在待发成双倍大后,用小刀在面团表面轻轻划几条刀口。Flatten the pink dough and wrapped the round dough. Let it ferment until doubled in size, then gently make a few slashes on the surface of the dough using a knife.

    Step 5

    用大火蒸15分钟至熟即可。Steam over high heat for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
